Ingredients 1 cup rice (तांदूळ) 1/4 cup urad dal ( उडदाची डाळ) ) 1 tbsp chana dal (चण्याची डाळ) 1 tsp fenugreek/Methi seeds (मेथी) 1 tsp Cumin/Jeera seeds (जीर) Salt (मीठ) Ghee or oil (तूप) ' Method: Soak rice, urad dal, chana dal in 3 cups of water for 6-7 hours Clean and soak cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds in water. After 6-7 hours grind everything to fine paste. Keep pan on medium heat Smear ghee, butter or oil on pan Put 2 ladles and spread evenly. Make it thin if you want crispy. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes When dosa leaves the sides it is done Flip it and cook for another 2 minutes on other side. Sprinkle jaggery when it is hot so it will be melted. You can serve with vegetables, sambhar, dal, etc.
Ingredients 1 cup of raw, shelled peanuts (about 200 gms) शेंगदाणे 1 tsp Red mirchi powder (लाल तिखट ) 1 tsp cumin seeds (जिरं) 4-5 pods of garlic (लसूण) 1 tsp salt (मीठ) Method Roast peanuts on low flame until they are roasted very nicely. Let peanuts cool down and remove the skin. Roast cumin seeds for 2 minutes Pulse peanuts, salt and cumin seeds. Add red chilly powder and garlic and pulse for few seconds. Store in an air tight container. Serve with Roti, Rice, Dosa.
