वांग्याची काप
Ingredients Medium Size Eggplant(वांगं) 3 tbsp Semolina (रवा) 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिरची पावडर) 1/8 tsp turmeric powder (हळद ) Salt (मीठ ) Oil (तेल) Method Cut the eggplant into slices not too thick and not too thin Add salt, red chlilli powder, turmeric to eggplant slices. Add few drops of water if needed and massage the spices to the eggplant slices. Keep it aside for 5-10 minutes for slices to get marinated. Keep pan on low medium heat, add oil as needed. Roll eggplant slice into semolina so it gets coated on both the sides. Place on the pan and cover and cook for 4-5 minutes on both the sides.
